ECO r-POLY: Turning Recycled PET Bottles into High-Performance

For sustainable resource development, we go beyond offering single-material solutions and are committed to advancing ECO r-POLY. This material is produced by chemically depolymerizing recycled polyester (rPET) into its monomers, which are then re-polymerized into ECO r-POLY.
The chemical recycling process generates significantly lower carbon emissions compared to using petroleum-based raw materials, while the final product maintains the same physical properties as ECO POLY.

The ECO r-POLY production process generates approximately 80% lower carbon emissions compared to petroleum-based sources.
In addition, about 27% of ECO r-POLY pellets come from recycled sources—meaning that each kilogram of ECO r-POLY contains material equivalent to roughly 13 recycled PET bottles.

In 2024, our newly launched ECO-POLY addresses key shortcomings found in competing TPEE products on the market—such as poor adhesion to a third layer and low wash durability.
We developed a specialized hydrophilic formula that maintains high hydrostatic pressure, enhances wash resistance, and improves moisture permeability, resulting in greater wearer comfort.
This innovation overcomes the common trade-off in eco-friendly products where physical performance and hand feel are often sacrificed.
